Visitare e conoscere Venezia, una delle più belle città d’Italia, unica nel suo genere per una serie di fattori ambientali ben noti, significa conoscerne le particolarità e trovare il giusto ambiente dove trascorrere dei giorni continuando a essere circondati da buon gusto, da arte e da bellezza, da comfort e ospitalità. Sono forse stata la prima ospite di questo bellissimo appartamento, che ha tutte queste caratteristiche. Ho particolarmente apprezzato la cura dei dettagli, i colori soft pastello diversi per ogni camera, completa del suo bagno in perfetta linea stilistica. I decori, i cimeli, sono parte integrante della storia e delle emozioni della famiglia ed è qualcosa che si sente entrando in casa, per un breve periodo si fa parte di un angolo di vita di qualcuno che ha amato e che ama tanto questa città. Per quanto riguarda il lato più strettamente funzionale, ci sono aria condizionata e riscaldamento presenti in ogni locale, gestibili in modo differenziato a seconda delle esigenze. Cucina e bagni super attrezzati e credetemi se vi dico, avendo viaggiato molto, che non è affatto scontato. Il luogo in cui si trova è nella zona di Cannaregio, bellissima sorpresa, provvisto di tutto e con tanti piccoli negozietti tipici e non prettamente “turistici”. Si raggiunge con un vaporetto, nel mio caso da P.le Roma, e una volta attraccati, qualche passo e si giunge a destinazione. È poco distante dai luoghi della città solitamente più visitati, ma suggerimento personale: giusto vederli ma ho amato particolarmente percorrere le varie Calle, anche lontano dal centro nevralgico della città, e immergermi in questi angoli più veri. La padrona di casa, Serena, è meravigliosa.

I stayed at this beautiful property during the Festa del Redentore. It is an excellent choice: conveniently located accessible by *vaporetto* or a 15-minute walk from the station yet far removed from the chaos and frenzy of the tourist hotspots. It is a typically Venetian home that has been fully restored; every detail speaks of family history and deep respect for Venice. The three bedrooms are stunning each with its own unique style spacious, and equipped with private bathrooms and individually controlled air conditioning. There is also a lovely entrance hall featuring a fully equipped kitchen, ensuring the accommodation offers every possible comfort. Serena is responsible for the tasteful décor, generous amenities, impeccable cleanliness, and exceptional hospitality. Her love for this project shines through in every detail. Highly recommended! re camere da letto sono stupende, tutte personalizzate, ampie e dotate di bagno e aria condizionata regolabile autonomamente. C’è anche un bel salone d’ingresso dotato di una cucina attrezzata che rende questo alloggio dotato davvero di ogni comfort. Gusto nell’arredare, dotazioni generose, pulizia impeccabile e accoglienza speciale sono opera di Serena. Il suo amore per questo progetto si rispecchia in ogni dettaglio. Consigliatissimo!

The minute we walked through the door , Serena was beyond welcome as was her very sweet daughter . This home was unbelievable, the bedrooms and bathrooms have so much room and charm . The decor was perfect for the Venice surroundings and the location could not have been better . If i could vote ten stars, I would in a heartbeat. Will definitely come back and highly recommend !
